The third quarter saw a number of significant improvements to the RevenueWire ecommerce platform. From augmented testing to better data tracking, these enhancements are designed to give our valued partners more tools to optimize their ecommerce.

 

Introducing Account Billing

RevenueWire API users can now charge purchases to existing customer profiles that have already been created through an initial sale. This means that buyers are no longer required to go through the checkout process again for subsequent purchases.

 

One-Click Upsell Enhancements

We’ve added in more flexibility with our one-click upsell feature to allow for unlimited sizing and styling options when adding one-click upsells to a purchase funnel.

Improved Global Support

RevenueWire Commerce customers can now specify regional support numbers at the product and merchant account level to help improve a localized display of product and service contact information. This is in addition to new custom templates for trial cancellation emails and the ability to bulk upload user profiles through a CSV file.

 

More Third Party Tracking Options

We have expanded our third party tracking to support Google Analytics’ ecommerce tracking. RevenueWire merchants can now see specific referral sources of customer purchases so that you can know what campaigns are working best. Additionally, the third party tracking tool has been improved so that product-level tracking can be applied to static carts in addition to dynamic carts.

 

All New Card Testing Environment

We have overhauled our approach to test credit card management, allowing users to make test purchases on new sales, subscription renewals, trial offers and even failed transactions in all languages, currencies and card types with greater ease.
