PayMotion's third quarter release adds more platform improvements to give our merchants an even greater edge in the digital ecommerce space. This release delivers features to help merchants make more money through several behind-the-scenes improvements to help optimize offers, better manage affiliate partners as well as reduce churn and failed recurring payments.
Missed payments are a risk for any subscription business. This is why PayMotion now includes dunning management capabilities to retry when payments initially fail. Depending on the reason for a declined payment, the platform automatically tries to process the payment again after a set number of days. Failing that, automatic emails are sent to customers reminding them their payment is overdue and encouraging them to update their payment information to maintain their service.
PayMotion now includes updated user and role administration options for merchants. This feature allows more granular permissions to be granted for different functions on the platform.
